Some customers meet puzzled things when you want to do a customized case, So, we mainly recommend some ways to design your customized case now.
When we design one custom case, we must confirm the style of case we need firstly. We mainly do aluminum case and hard plastic case, and help our partner sell EVA case too. So, customer could choose different style case.
* Aluminum shell case, we do not suggest to do custom case, the charge of tooling is too expensive. So, we suggest customer to use the dimension which we have.
* For EVA case, usually, to do it, customer must supply drawing of it. So, we do not need to explain it too now.
* So, we mainly explain how to design aluminum frame case and hard plastic case now. They have same way too.
One style, if customer have their own whole products, they just want to put this whole parts into case.
1. Customer just need to check the dimension of this whole product. Then tell us the inner dimension of case which they need, it will be ok. We could confirm the inner dimension of aluminum cases now.
For example,
This case is customized one too. The customer buy cut-foam in their own market. So, they just need tell us the dimension of cut-foam, then we could do the same inner dimension of case to fit it well.
2. After we confirm the dimension of case, we should know the weight of customers` products( it is just a approx weight), then we could choose better profile to fit it.
3. Please try to tell us the quantity which customer need too.
Then we could check the cost in detail.
4. For the material in detail, if you have special requirements, please tell us too. For example, some one want to save cost, but, others just want the case is nice and strong... So, different requirements will use different material too.
If you have no requirements, we could recommend two different style, then you could choose too( for example, one is cheap style, another is nice style).
Another style, if customer want to put different product into case:
1. We must confirm how to put these different parts.
* For example, customer could not confirm how to arrange these parts and they could not supply drawing too. So, they send samples to us. Then we put these parts on the floor, try to save room for him, then send pictures to customer. After he confirm, we could do cut foam for them. The case will be ok,
Like:
* If customer could not send samples to us, it is better to send the drawing to us too.
Like:
Then we could cut foam for you too.
Other step is same as first style.
